The missing woman made contact with a family member, and is believed to be in good health.

We would like for her to attend any local police station so that we can verify her health and safety.

The Halton Regional Police Services are requesting the public’s help in locating a missing woman who left Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.

She walked out of the hospital on Sunday, November 25, 2018. Since then, she has not been heard from. The police are concerned for her safety.

The missing woman is 35 years-old

Missing Woman’s Description

  1. white
  2. female
  3. 5’5″
  4. 150 pounds
  5. medium build
  6. blue eyes
  7. freckled complexion

At the time, her hair colour was brunette with red and purple colouring. Her hair style was straight.

She was last seen wearing:

  1. black winter jacket with a fur-trimmed hood
  2. black leggings
  3. grey slip-on shoes
  4. carrying two bags (one clear and the other pink)
