The 42nd Midnight Madness presented by Scotiabank is happening on Friday! Come to downtown Oakville on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 6 p.m. until Midnight. Enjoy all the madness: including incredible sales, fabulous finds, entertainment, delicious food and much more!

This year there will be four stages with local bands and three busker pitches throughout downtown. There are also four separate Kid Zone areas with interactive activities for all ages. Including hula hoop lessons, crafts, obstacle course, face painting and dance shows.

Stores will be open till midnight with great deals that are only available once a year. In addition the restaurants and food stands will extend onto Lakeshore Road with exceptional food and drinks all night long.

Midnight Madness is Oakvilleā€™s largest retail event and an Oakville family tradition for 42 years; with amazing shopping, delicious food, live music and lots of community spirit it has developed into a signature summer event.

Transportation and Parking

Parking in Downtown Oakville is limited during special events, such as Midnight Madness, so a free shuttle service will be available.

The shuttle buses will run from the Oakville GO Station to the event every five minutes starting at 5:30 p.m.. The last bus will leave from Downtown Oakville at 12:30 am.

Other ways to attend is to walk or ride your bike.

Safety

Working closely with Halton Regional Police and The Town of Oakville this long-standing traditional event will safely work around the revitalization project. We look forward to welcoming the community once again this year.

All businesses are open

The roadways of Lakeshore Rd. from Dunn to Allan and side streets will be open to pedestrian traffic as usual.

The businesses within the revitalization project zone will be open and accessible via the sidewalks.
