Film.Ca Cinemas is proud to announce the launch of Film.Ca and ArtHouse Present The Signature Series, a series of exclusive onscreen performances of Shakespearean drama from London’s famous Globe Theatre, and ballet and opera from the Royal Opera House.

The series will run four times monthly from June to October, including one Globe Theatre and one Royal Opera House performance each month running on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings. All performances, provided by Arts Alliance, are filmed live in London and presented onscreen unabridged. The performances are exclusive to Film.Ca Cinemas in the west GTA area.

“We are honoured with the invitation to join Film.ca Cinemas in this unprecedented series from London’s Globe Theatre and the Royal Opera House,” says ArtHouse Founder and Artistic Director Don Pangman. Since 2009, ArtHouse has provided 144 cost-free fully accessible extra-curricular Arts Programs to 2,500 children aged 7-12 living in Oakville and Burlington. ArtHouse prides itself as an employer in the arts recruiting the finest professional instructors who are not only skilled in the arts, but also know how to bring out the very best in each child.
