Well jolly old Saint Nicolas is arriving in Oakville this weekend, and he is hopping to see you all. Santa’s talked to the Mother Nature and asked for sunshine and clear skies, she said that she’ll think about it. She doesn’t like to tinker too much, since we need all types of weather to keep our community healthy.

“I will try and keep the skies clear, but it wouldn’t hurt to bring an umbrella just to be on the safe side,” Mother Nature said with a cheeky smile.

“Can it at least be comfortable,” asked Santa. “I want all the children to be warm.”

“Ok, I’ll work at keeping the temperature above freezing,” replied Mother Nature.

There are four big events this weekend to celebrate the arrival of Santa Claus in Oakville.
