Suspects Sought in Oakville Home Invasion

The Halton Regional Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the persons responsible for an Oakville home invasion in River Oaks.

Investigation has determined two men entered a residence in the Sixth Line and Upper Middle Road area. They entered through an unlocked front door and ascended the stairs to an occupied bedroom.

Within the bedroom, a man and woman were accosted by the men and after a brief altercation, the men fled from the residence and were last seen running northbound on a trail system to the east of Sixth Line.

No weapon was seen by the victims and each sustained minor injury during the encounter.

Police believe the residence was targeted by the suspects and this was not a random incident.


#1 – white, black pants, dark shirt and wearing an ‘old man’ mask

#2 – asian, black pants, gray hoodie and wearing an ‘old man’ mask
