Oakville News is stepping up to keep the  Fare Share Food Bank Oakville Inc.’s shelves stocked with our Oakville News Cares: Food Drive. But we need your help! 

For every food package purchased in our online pop-up store, Oakville News will match your gift with a cash donation. Donate Below!

All donations will support the Fare Share Food Bank Oakville Inc,  and you can purchase a food package until Dec. 12 at 12 p.m. or until sold out.

Please READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. We recommend you use a credit card, not a debit card.

This wouldn’t be possible without the generous local businesses and organizations that work hard to make Oakville a better place.

Terms and Conditions

Please Read Carefully:

  1. All donations will be charged to your credit card at the time of donation. 
  2. We strongly recommend NOT using a debit card.
  3. Donations of $25.00 will be accepted and matched, however,  you can make multiple, separate$25.00 donations.  Donations can exceed $25.00, however, only the first $25.00 will be matched.
  4. All credit card charges will appear as VILLAGE MEDIA on your statement.
  5. A oakvillenews.org account is required for participation in this fundraiser. You can register for an account at:https://www.oakvillenews.org/account/register
  6. You must be signed in to your oakvillenews.org account to participate.
  7. At our sole discretion and for any reason, oakvillenews.org retains the right to revoke an account and cancel any  transactions placed by that account. In the event an account is suspended or transactions are cancelled, the account holder will be notified by email. If you have problems registering or logging in, please reach out to our customer service department at [email protected]. 
  8. All registration and information shall remain confidential within Village Media Inc. We will not share your information. 
  9. Donations can be made starting at Monday December 9th, 2024 at 12:00 pm until Thursday December 12th at 12:00 pm (or when bags sell out)
  10. All transactions (donations) are considered to be final. You will receive a confirmation email after you have made an online donation. 
  11. Tax receipts will be issued.
