Oakville News, in partnership with Oakville & Milton Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.
Julie is a sweet six-year-old who came to the Oakville & Milton Humane Society as a stray. She has a gentle and serene nature and loves to watch the world from a window or cozy spot.
Though shy at first, she transforms into an affectionate, loving cat with a bit of time and patience. Once she has gotten comfortable, she will seek out attention when she is in the mood for pets.
Julie would love a calm, quiet home where she can be the only cat. She can become easily overstimulated, so she will need someone able to give her the patience and space she needs to blossom at her own pace.
If Julie sounds like the perfect cat for you, adopt her at omhs.ca.
If you are interested in the Pet of the Week, please call the Oakville & Milton Humane Society at 905-845-1551 or visit omhs.ca for more information on the adoption process. If you cannot find this pet’s profile on the OMHS website, then the pet has been adopted. Please consider adopting another one of their furry friends.
