MiltonToday, in partnership with Oakville & Milton Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.
Miss Pippa is a mellow and soft eight-year-old who came to Oakville and Milton Humane Society when her previous owners could no longer care for her.
She loves to nap in warm beds and will greet you with a dainty meow when she sees you coming. Although shy at first, her sweet side is well worth the patience.
Once she’s warmed up to you, she will happily brush up against you to ask for pets and even roll on her back when she’s extra happy. When she’s had enough attention, she will strut away with poise to let you know.
Miss Pippa also likes to engage in playtime between nap time and cuddle sessions, and especially likes string toys.
She loves to be the queen of the house and would prefer to be the only pet to soak up all the love and claim nap spots for herself.
If Miss Pippa sounds like an ideal addition to your home, adopt her at omhs.ca.
If you are interested in the Pet of the Week, please call the Oakville & Milton Humane Society at 905-845-1551 or visit omhs.ca for more information on the adoption process. If you cannot find this pet’s profile on the OMHS website, then the pet has been adopted. Please consider adopting another one of their furry friends.
