MiltonToday, in partnership with Oakville & Milton Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.
Fluffy is a six-year-old Great Pyrenees who is a retired working farm dog.
He can be nervous around new people, but he quickly becomes very affectionate, especially with the help of a treat or two. He has moderate to low energy levels and is happy with a couple of walks a day and plenty of pets.
He's still learning what toys are but likes to carry them around. Fluffy is also house trained and has great leash skills. He has lived with another dog in the past, so he may be okay with dog friends.
Fluffy would thrive in an adult-only home experienced with livestock guardian breeds. Adopt this gentle giant at omhs.ca.
If you are interested in the Pet of the Week, please call the Oakville & Milton Humane Society at 905-845-1551 or visit omhs.ca for more information on the adoption process. If you cannot find this pet’s profile on the OMHS website, then the pet has been adopted. Please consider adopting another one of their furry friends.
