PET OF THE WEEK: Ellie a playful girl who loves her treats and pats

Rabbit ready to find her new home

Oakville News, in partnership with Oakville & Milton Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.

Meet Ellie. She was found as a stray, but is now ready to find her forever home.

She’s a spinach and parsley enthusiast, bouncing towards you at the mere sight of these tasty treats. Her favourite spot for pats are behind the ears and on her cheeks, and she'll happily nuzzle in appreciation.

Ellie is not just a bunny, she's a playful companion who enjoys booping her ball and her puzzle feeder. She will bring you hours of entertainment.

If you have a home for a rabbit like Ellie, apply today and let her joyous hops and gentle nudges fill your home with love: https://omhs.ca.

OMHS has extended its Hop-a-Thon adoption event for all rabbits available for adoption until Sept. 15. All rabbit adoption fees are currently being waived. The adoption application process still applies. Visit our website for more info.

If you are interested in the Pet of the Week, please call the Oakville & Milton Humane Society at 905-845-1551 or visit omhs.ca for more information on the adoption process. If you cannot find this pet’s profile on the OMHS website, then the pet has been adopted. Please consider adopting another one of their furry friends.
