Community Development Halton will be exploring that through a Volunteer Retention webinar on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 10 a.m.
The one-hour workshop will feature insight from Sammy Feilchenfeld, senior manager of learning with Volunteer Toronto, who’ll offer advice on engaging volunteers and retention planning and strategies.
Those attending the webinar will gain:
- An understanding of current retention trends and motivations for Ontario volunteers
- Suggestions for new approaches to retention
- Tips and tools to adapt to your retention practices for the future
