The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro, creators of the viral Reese PBC peanut butter cup stuffed burger, has announced the launch of a S'mores stuffed burger with milk chocolate inside the patty, topped with toasted marshmallow and crumbled graham crackers.
Located in Oakville at 149 Lakeshore Road East, The WORKS is well-known for its creativity, the latest example of this is the new limited-time-only "S'MORE THAN A FEELING" burger. This unique S'more-inspired burger features a beef patty stuffed with milk chocolate bars, topped with toasted marshmallows and crumbled graham crackers.
"The goal with this burger was to figure out how to get the taste of summer into a burger," says Chef Austin Grady. "We took a classic Canadian summer staple, the S'more and stuffed it into a burger form...torched marshmallow, creamy milk chocolate and crunchy graham...all a burger form. And somehow it all WORKS!"
For those not brave enough to try the burger, there's also the "S'MORE THAN A FEELING" milkshake, with creamy ice cream blended with chocolate, topped with whipped cream, a full S'more, and drizzled with even more chocolate.
The WORKS S'mores line-up is available in all restaurants for a limited time, kicking off on Canada Day and running through National S'mores Day on August 10, 2024.
