Halton Police reported that Sandy has been located safely at 10:44 PM on June 2, 2022. They thank residents for their assistance and ask that any remaining photos on social media of her be removed.

The search for Sandy Cummings is ongoing. The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 76-year-old Sandy Cummings of Burlington.

We are asking that residents in the area of North Oakville check their properties, as well as any dash cam or CCTV surveillance footage they have for sightings of Sandy.

Sandy was last seen today (Thursday, June 2, 2022) at approximately 12:00 p.m. walking in the area of Millbank Park in Oakville (at 166 Glenashton Drive).

Sandy is described as:

  • Female
  • White
  • 4'11", approx 140 lbs
  • Short brown/grey hair
  • Possibly wearing ¾ length pants and a light blouse and red shoes

Sandy is vulnerable and police/family are concerned for her safety.
