Man struck by plastic pellets in Glen Abbey parking lot

Police are investigating an incident that occurred on July 30th at approximately 4:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Glen Abbey Community Centre.

Police are investigating an incident that occurred on July 30th at approximately 4:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Glen Abbey Community Centre.

According to Halton Police Constable Jeff Dillon, an adult male was walking through the parking lot when a vehicle approached him. The vehicle occupant fired a toy gun, striking the male with plastic pellets one to two times in the left shoulder and fled.

Police say no physical injuries were sustained.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark-coloured sedan. The vehicle occupants are described as two white males, estimated to be in their late teens to early twenties.
