UPDATE: Police say missing vulnerable Oakville man found safe

Man is vulnerable and police are concerned for his safety

UPDATE:

Halton Regional Police say missing person Craig Timer has been located in good health.

"Thank you to the media and public for their assistance," police said Thursday morning in a news release.

EARLIER REPORT:

Halton Regional Police are still searching for missing person Craig Timer and have released an updated picture and description. 

Timer is a 57-year-old white male and is approximately 5'4" tall, police said in a release.

He has a heavy build with shoulder length grey hair. 

He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, grey and black plants, black boots and a black baseball ball cap.

Police previously said he was last seen in the area of Victoria Street in Oakville.

Timer is vulnerable and police are concerned for his safety.

"With current cold weather conditions it is urgent he be located," police said in a news release.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or the HRPS non-emergency number at 905-825 4747, ext. 2210.
