Police say $50,000 in landscaping equipment stolen from Oakville site

Police are investigating after an estimated $50,000 worth of landscaping equipment was allegedly stolen from a storage facility in Oakville.

Police are investigating after an estimated $50,000 worth of landscaping equipment was allegedly stolen from a storage facility in Oakville.

According to Halton Police Media Relations Officer Jeff Dillon, a trailer with landscaping equipment was stolen overnight between Aug. 26-27, 2024.

Police say the trailer was parked at a storage facility in the area of South Service Road West and Fourth Line and contained a lawnmower and various tools with an estimated value of approximately $50,000.

The investigation is ongoing, and no suspect information is available at this time. No arrests have been made.
