A 23 year old man from Mississauga was arrested and charged after an alleged fight broke out at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School in Oakville on Monday.
On Monday, Sept. 16, 2024, police responded to reports of a physical altercation in the parking lot of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School, located at 124 Dorval Drive.
According to Halton Police media relations officer Jeff Dillon, the altercation involved the accused and a 16-year-old male victim, who was punched during the encounter.
Police say the victim did not sustain any physical injuries and no weapons were involved in the incident.
A 23-year-old male from Mississauga was arrested following the incident and has been charged with one count of assault.
The accused was released on an undertaking with a future court date.
